Over my career as an integration coach, psychedelic guide, and meditation teacher, I have observed people’s experience unfolding in four phases. I developed a process-oriented approach to healing and transformation based on these phases I call Settling, Seeing, Growing, and Integrating. Each phase emphasizes certain principles, develops specific skills, and has engaging practices, techniques, and exercises to translate your experiences into positive changes in daily life.
In the Settling phase, you focus on calming the nervous system and recovering your resilience. The Seeing phase is about deepening self-awareness and cultivating insight into your behaviors and motivations. The Growing phase involves creatively building new skills and replacing maladaptive behaviors with healthier ones. Finally, the Integrating phase is about applying these new skills and insights to daily life, transforming them into lasting traits and sustainable well-being.
