Radical Balance is a the coaching system I’ve developed and practiced over the past eight years. It is a way of guiding the journey of personal growth and development. It provides a structured way to integrate life-altering experiences, foster lasting change, and cultivate a fulfilling life of well-being and resilience.
My approach describes four phases of this journey of transformation: Settling, Seeing, Growing, and Integrating. Each phase has its own associated principles, practices, and skills.
