NOTE 1: For some folks, just the Inner Advisor's unconditionally supportive spacious presence (without any words) is sufficient. NOTE 2: Some folks notice they have an Inner Coach, which has a different kind of supportive energy than their Inner Advisor, but is nevertheless supportive. If this is the case for you, just make sure its energy feels supportive. If it is harsh in any way, it is likely a burdened part of you, which can be explored, processed and unburdened via parts work.
